Our traditional dry sauna is complimentary with any of our signature spa services and is designed to elevate your visit from relaxing to restorative.

You may choose to enjoy the sauna before your service to gently warm the body, ease tension, and create a smooth transition into your treatment. Many guests also prefer to relax in the sauna after their service, letting the warmth deepen their relaxation and ease their transition back into the day at an unhurried pace.
