Available Service Hours:

Emerald City Day Spa is a by-appointment-only establishment, so we only accept appointments that were scheduled online ahead of time. We do not currently accept walk-ins.

We are available for services when booked in advance during the following hours:

Monday: By Appointment Only
Tuesday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Thursday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Sunday: By Appointment Only

If you need an appointment and can’t find one online, please email us at relax@emeraldcitydayspa.com at your earliest convenience. Same day appointments will be limited. Please book with as much notice as possible.

If you need to make changes to an upcoming appointment or cancel on the day of your appointment, please call us at 612-354-2697. For all other inquiries that do not require urgent assistance, please feel free to email us at relax@emeraldcitydayspa.com with questions. If you do not reach us immediately, we will get back to you as soon as possible or next business day at the latest.

Directions:

Our new spa is located in Suite #247 in the Gaviidae Commons Shopping Center at 651 Nicollet Mall in Downtown Minneapolis.

Parking:

The best place to park is the Gaviidae Commons iParkit Parking Ramp on 6th Street between Marquette Avenue and Nicollet Mall.

We look forward to pampering you! We do understand that parking can be confusing for travelers and those new to the area. Don’t hesitate to call if you have questions or need help with directions.

  If I could select more than five stars, I would! My partner and I had the best experience at Emerald City Day Spa getting our first couples’ massage together while we were in Minneapolis for a wedding.

We appreciated everything from the easy online scheduling and intake form completion to the friendly check in, serene environment, nice locker rooms, robes and slippers, and sauna. We extra appreciated that they let us reschedule when our flight got delayed and we couldn’t make it to our original appointment time.

And then there was the massage… TOTAL BLISS. Phet did an amazing job targeting the areas I mentioned during our pre-massage conversation. I’ve had a fair number of massages in my life, and often I feel that I’m asked what my target areas are, but then they are somewhat ignored and the massage feels like a routine. Not with Phet. She was very attentive to my problem areas while still providing a full body massage. I’m thankful Phet checked in with me throughout the massage to see if I wanted to adjust the pressure because it turns out I enjoyed and benefitted from more than I’d expected.

The whole experience was lovely, and I would definitely return!
